The City of Dayton offers an extensive benefits package to its employees. Employees can choose from several health plans, will receive a Dental Reimbursement Plan and can also select optional Dental and Vision Insurance and Family Coverage. The City also offers a Pension Plan, Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System, with a contribution match. Employees can earn 12 Paid Time Off days per year and up to 20 Vacation days per year depending on length of service. City employees also receive 13 paid holidays each year.
