Industrial-Rate 2 Guidelines/Requirements:
1. Must purchase a minimum of 100,000 gallons of water per day
2. Must have only one discharge point to the City's sewer system
3. Must have an approved sampling/metering station on their discharge
4. Be located within the corporate limits of the City of Dayton

SEWER TAPS

The following rates are for gravity flow sewer lines. Please contact Customer Service regarding Low Pressure Sewer Lines.

Tap Present
Connection Fee:	$350.00
Multi-Unit Connection Fee:	$350.00 + $125.00 for each additional unit
Tap NOT Present
Connection Fee:	$800.00 (up to a 4 inch tap)
Multi-Unit Connection Fee:	$800.00 + $125.00 for each additional unit to be served. (up to a 4 inch tap)

Tap Fees - COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL
Taps are based on the size of the water meter:

**For Water Meters larger than two inches (2") the fees shall be quoted by the Sewer Department Superintendent.

**For multi-residence apartments and Motels add $125.00 for each additional unit.
